Student / Admission Terms

These Student and Admission Terms & Conditions establish the general rules governing admission, enrollment, fees, attendance, academic conduct, examinations, course participation, certification and other responsibilities of students enrolled with Shree Narayan Computers & Education Center.

About These Terms

These Student / Admission Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to students, applicants and learners enrolling in courses or training programs offered by Shree Narayan Computers & Education Center ("SNCEC", "we", "us", "our" or "the Institute").

By submitting an admission application, enrolling in a course, attending classes or otherwise participating in an SNCEC program, the student acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with the applicable rules.

False Information:Submission of false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in rejection or cancellation of admission, subject to applicable law.

SNCEC may request documents or information reasonably required to verify admission eligibility or maintain student records.

Depending on the course, such documents may include:

Students should carefully review the course name, duration, eligibility, syllabus, delivery method, fees and other applicable details before enrollment.

  • Fees must be paid according to the applicable payment schedule.
  • Students should retain payment receipts or transaction records.
  • Any applicable installment arrangement must be agreed with SNCEC.
  • Additional charges, if applicable, shall be communicated separately.

Fee Payment & Outstanding Amounts

Students are responsible for paying applicable fees within the agreed or communicated timeframe.

Where fees remain outstanding, SNCEC may restrict access to classes, learning resources, examinations, certificates or other services to the extent permitted by the applicable course terms and law.

Refund & Cancellation

Admission cancellation and fee refunds shall be governed by the applicable SNCEC Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Important:Students should review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before completing enrollment or making payment.

Course Transfer

A request to transfer from one course, batch or program to another may be considered at SNCEC's discretion, subject to seat availability, eligibility and applicable administrative conditions.

Course transfer is not automatic and may require written approval.

Attendance

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and participate actively in the applicable training program.

  • Attend classes according to the assigned schedule.
  • Complete required practical activities.
  • Participate in assessments and examinations.
  • Inform the institute where absence is unavoidable.
Certification:Certain courses may require minimum attendance for certificate eligibility.

Class Schedule & Changes

Class schedules may be changed due to instructor availability, holidays, examinations, maintenance, technical issues, operational requirements or other reasonable circumstances.

SNCEC may communicate schedule changes through appropriate student communication channels.

Online / Digital Learning

Where a course is delivered wholly or partly online, students are responsible for maintaining suitable internet access, compatible devices, required software and a suitable learning environment.

Technical interruptions caused by the student's device, internet connection or third-party services may affect participation.

Study Material & Learning Resources

SNCEC may provide students with notes, PDFs, videos, assignments, practice files, software guidance or other educational resources depending on the selected course.

Learning materials are intended for the enrolled student's educational use and should not be redistributed or commercially reproduced without appropriate authorization.

Examinations & Assessments

Students may be required to complete written, practical, online, project-based or other assessments depending on the course.

Students must follow examination instructions and maintain academic integrity.

Academic Integrity

Students must complete academic work honestly and must not engage in cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, unauthorized assistance or manipulation of academic records.

Zero Tolerance for Fraud:Serious academic misconduct may result in cancellation of an assessment, suspension of course access or other appropriate action, subject to applicable law and institutional procedures.

Student Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior toward instructors, staff, fellow students and visitors.

  • Maintain respectful communication.
  • Follow reasonable classroom instructions.
  • Respect institute property and equipment.
  • Do not engage in harassment or abusive behavior.
  • Do not intentionally disrupt classes or institute operations.
  • Do not misuse computer systems, networks or digital resources.
  • Follow applicable safety and security procedures.

Use of Institute Equipment

Students using computers, networking equipment, laboratory equipment, furniture or other institute property must use such resources responsibly.

A student may be responsible for damage caused by intentional misuse, negligence or unauthorized activity, subject to applicable law.

Student Identification

SNCEC may issue a student ID card, enrollment number, registration number or other identification where applicable.

Students should provide accurate information and must not misuse another student's identity or credentials.

Course Completion

Course completion is subject to satisfaction of the requirements applicable to the selected program.

These requirements may include attendance, lessons, practical work, assignments, projects, examinations, assessments and payment of applicable fees.

Certificate Issuance

Eligible students may receive a certificate in accordance with the SNCEC Certification Policy.

Certificate issuance is subject to the applicable course completion and certification requirements.

Career Notice:Course completion or certificate issuance does not guarantee employment, salary, promotion, admission or any specific career outcome.

Students wishing to discontinue a course should communicate their request to SNCEC through an appropriate official channel.
