General Cancellation Rules
Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible before the product is dispatched or the service/course begins.
Before Processing
Cancellation may be considered where the order or service has not yet entered processing.
After Dispatch
Product cancellation may no longer be possible after dispatch. Return procedures may apply.
After Course Start
Course fees are generally non-refundable after academic services have commenced.
Product Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an eligible product order before dispatch where the order has not entered customization, configuration, procurement or shipping.
Cancellation may not be available after:
- The product has been dispatched.
- The product has been specially ordered.
- Customization or configuration has commenced.
- A third-party supplier has processed the order.
- The product has been specially sourced for the customer.
Course Cancellation Policy
Course fees may include admission, registration, academic administration, teaching, infrastructure, study material, assessment and other educational costs.
| Situation | General Treatment |
|---|---|
| Cancellation before course commencement | May be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable administrative or registration charges. |
| Cancellation after classes commence | Generally non-refundable once academic services have commenced, subject to applicable law and specific written terms. |
| Student voluntarily stops attending | Non-attendance or discontinuation generally does not create an automatic right to a refund. |
| Course material already issued | Refund eligibility may be affected by materials, services or resources already provided. |
| Course cancelled by SNCEC | SNCEC may offer another batch, transfer to another suitable course or refund the eligible unused amount, as applicable. |
Digital Products & Online Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds may generally not be available after digital material, course access, software, credentials or downloadable content has been delivered, activated or accessed.
If a verified technical problem prevents access to a purchased digital service, SNCEC may attempt to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative resolution.
Eligible Refund Situations
Depending on the circumstances, a refund may be considered where:
- SNCEC cancels a service or course and cannot provide an appropriate alternative.
- A payment was successfully received but the corresponding order could not be fulfilled.
- A duplicate payment was accidentally processed.
- An incorrect or defective product is verified and a refund is approved.
- A technical payment issue resulted in a confirmed duplicate transaction.
- A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.
Non-Refundable Situations
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refunds may generally not be available for:
- Services already fully provided.
- Digital content already accessed or downloaded.
- Course services already commenced.
- Customized or specially configured products.
- Products damaged through customer misuse or negligence.
- Voluntary discontinuation of a course after commencement.
- Change of mind after digital access has been provided.
- Failure to attend classes without an approved cancellation.
Duplicate Payments
If a customer accidentally makes more than one successful payment for the same order, the duplicate transaction may be reviewed and, after verification, refunded through the applicable payment method.
Customers should provide the relevant transaction references when reporting a duplicate payment.
Failed or Pending Transactions
A payment may sometimes appear as deducted from a customer's bank account even though the order has not been successfully confirmed.
Such transactions may require verification with the payment gateway, bank or payment service provider.
Payment Gateway & Processing Charges
Certain transactions may involve payment gateway, banking or transaction-processing charges.
Where legally permissible and clearly disclosed, such charges may be treated separately from the refundable amount.
Any mandatory refund rights provided by applicable law will not be excluded by this provision.
Refund Request Procedure
To request a cancellation or refund, customers/students should contact SNCEC with the following information:

- Date of payment.
- Product, course or service name.
- Reason for cancellation/refund.

- Date of purchase or enrollment.
- Whether the service has commenced.
- Whether digital content has been accessed.
- Product condition where applicable.
- Applicable terms and conditions.

| Verification | SNCEC reviews the order, payment and eligibility. |
| Approval | Eligible refund is approved and processed. |

Cash refunds may not be available for online transactions.
Product Returns & Refunds
Product-related refunds are subject to the applicable product return, replacement and warranty conditions.
Where a defective, damaged or incorrect product is verified, SNCEC may provide repair, replacement, exchange or refund as appropriate.
Course Transfer Instead of Refund
In certain circumstances, SNCEC may offer a student the option to transfer enrollment to another suitable batch, course or scheduled session instead of providing a monetary refund.
Any such transfer will be subject to availability and applicable course terms.
Fraudulent or Abusive Requests
SNCEC reserves the right to investigate suspicious or potentially fraudulent refund claims.
Refunds may be denied where there is evidence of:
- False information.
