Display Settings

Display Settings Windows की ऐसी settings हैं जिनकी मदद से computer की screen, resolution, brightness, scaling, orientation और multiple displays को configure किया जा सकता है।

Simple words में, Display Settings से हम monitor पर दिखाई देने वाली चीजों की size, quality और arrangement को control कर सकते हैं।

Display Settings कैसे Open करें?

Method 1:

Right Click on Desktop → Display settings

Method 2:

Settings → System → Display

Method 3:

Windows Search में:

Display settings

search करें।

1. Display Resolution

Display Resolution screen पर दिखाई जाने वाली pixels की संख्या को बताता है।

Example:

1920 × 1080

इसका मतलब:

1920 pixels horizontally × 1080 pixels vertically

Higher resolution generally screen पर अधिक detail provide कर सकती है, लेकिन supported hardware/display के अनुसार ही resolution available होगा।

2. Display Scale

Scale screen पर text, icons और other interface elements की visual size को adjust करता है।

Example:

अगर text और icons बहुत छोटे दिखाई दे रहे हैं, तो higher scaling percentage उन्हें बड़ा और easier to read बना सकती है।

ध्यान दें:

Scaling resolution नहीं बदलती।

3. Brightness

Supported displays में Brightness setting screen की brightness adjust करने में मदद करती है।

Laptop में brightness controls hardware keys या Windows settings दोनों से उपलब्ध हो सकते हैं।

External monitors में brightness अक्सर monitor के physical buttons/menu से control होती है।

4. Display Orientation

Display orientation screen की direction बदलने के लिए use होती है।

Landscape
Portrait
Landscape (flipped)
Portrait (flipped)

5. Multiple Displays

अगर computer से एक से अधिक monitors connected हैं, तो Windows multiple displays को configure करने की सुविधा देता है।

Common display modes:

Duplicate
दोनों screens पर same content दिखता है।

Extend
Desktop दोनों displays में extend हो जाता है।

Second Screen Only
मुख्य display बंद करके selected external display use किया जा सकता है।

PC Screen Only
केवल primary computer display use होता है।

6. Identify Displays

Multiple monitors connected होने पर Windows प्रत्येक display को number assign कर सकता है।

Example:

1 → Main Monitor
2 → Second Monitor

Identify option से screen पर corresponding number दिखाया जा सकता है।

7. Refresh Rate

Refresh Rate बताता है कि display प्रति second कितनी बार screen image refresh करता है।

इसे Hz (Hertz) में measure किया जाता है।

Examples:

60 Hz
75 Hz
120 Hz
144 Hz

Higher refresh rate supported hardware और content के साथ smoother motion provide कर सकता है।

8. Advanced Display

Advanced Display section में supported display के बारे में additional information मिल सकती है।

Examples:

Display resolution
Refresh rate
Display adapter information
Color/bit-depth related information, depending on hardware

9. Night Light

Windows में Night Light feature screen के color temperature को warmer बनाने के लिए use किया जा सकता है।

यह feature विशेष रूप से रात में viewing experience को अधिक comfortable बनाने के उद्देश्य से use किया जाता है।

10. Graphics Settings

Windows के कुछ versions में graphics-related settings available होती हैं, जिनसे applications के लिए GPU preference या related options configure किए जा सकते हैं।

Display Settings के Common Uses

Screen Resolution बदलना

Settings → System → Display → Display Resolution

फिर supported resolution select करें।

Scaling बदलना

Settings → System → Display → Scale

फिर recommended या suitable scaling option चुनें।

अगर laptop screen पर text बहुत छोटा दिखाई दे रहा है:
