Introduction of Computer Hardware

Hardware computer के वे physical parts होते हैं जिन्हें हम देख और छू सकते हैं। Computer system में मौजूद सभी physical components hardware कहलाते हैं।

Simple words में, Computer की body और उसके physical parts = Hardware।

Hardware क्या है?

Computer को काम करने के लिए hardware और software दोनों की जरूरत होती है।

Example:

Monitor
Keyboard
Mouse
CPU
RAM
Hard Disk / SSD
Printer
Speaker
Scanner

ये सभी hardware के examples हैं।

Hardware और Software में अंतर

Hardware को हम physically touch कर सकते हैं, जबकि Software programs और instructions का collection होता है जिसे हम normally touch नहीं कर सकते।

Example:

Computer का Keyboard = Hardware
Microsoft Word = Software

दोनों मिलकर computer system को काम करने में मदद करते हैं।

Main Types of Computer Hardware

Computer hardware को basic categories में समझ सकते हैं:

1. Input Devices

इन devices की मदद से computer में data और instructions enter किए जाते हैं।

Examples:
Keyboard, Mouse, Scanner, Microphone, Webcam

2. Processing Devices

ये devices input data को process करने में मदद करते हैं।

Main Example:
CPU (Central Processing Unit)

CPU को commonly computer का brain कहा जाता है।

3. Memory

Memory computer में data और instructions को temporarily या permanently रखने में मदद करती है।

Examples:
RAM, ROM, Cache Memory

4. Storage Devices

इनका उपयोग data को लंबे समय तक store करने के लिए किया जाता है।

Examples:
HDD, SSD, Pen Drive, Memory Card

5. Output Devices

Processing के बाद result को user तक पहुँचाने के लिए output devices का उपयोग होता है।

6. Communication Devices

इन devices की मदद से computers और networks के बीच data communication किया जाता है।

Examples:
Network Card, Modem, Wi-Fi Adapter, Router

Hardware का महत्व

Computer hardware के बिना software को run करना possible नहीं है। Hardware software instructions को execute करने के लिए physical platform provide करता है।

Example:

जब आप keyboard से कोई word type करते हैं:

Keyboard → CPU/Memory → Software → Monitor

इस process में hardware और software दोनों मिलकर काम करते हैं।
