Welcome to Shree Narayan Computers & Education Center (referred to as “we”, “our”, or “the Institute”). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, services, courses, digital products, shop items, and all online or offline facilities provided by us.

By enrolling in our courses, visiting our center, purchasing from our shop, using our website, or availing any service offered by us, you agree to comply with the Terms & Conditions mentioned below. If you do not agree with any part of this page, you are advised not to use our services.

These terms apply to all students, learners, visitors, customers, parents, guardians, and any person interacting with our institution.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of services after changes means your acceptance of the revised terms.

Registration Policy

Students must provide accurate information at the time of admission, including:

Contact Number
Address
Parent/Guardian Details (if applicable)
Required identity documents

Admission is confirmed only after:

✔ Form submission
✔ Fee payment (full or first installment)
✔ Document verification

We reserve the right to reject or cancel admission if false information is provided.

Course Fee & Payment Terms

All course fees must be paid as per the structure decided by the institute.
Fee once paid is generally non-refundable, except under special conditions mentioned in section 4.
Late fee submission may attract additional charges.
Institute may allow installment-based payment depending on the course.
Students must collect receipt for every payment made, either offline or online.

We also provide scholarship/discount options, but eligibility depends on merit, behavior, attendance and institutional criteria.

Refund, Cancellation & Withdrawal Policy

We aim to provide the best learning experience, but in special cases a student may request cancellation.

Refund may be considered only if:

• Student cancels admission within the first 7 working days
• Class has not been attended for more than 10 hours
• Student submits a written/recorded request with a valid reason

Refund will not be granted if:

✘ Course is already started and classes have been attended
✘ Student discontinues due to personal reasons after mid-course
✘ Misconduct or policy violation leads to termination
✘ Fee paid for study material, certificate or digital services

Refund, if approved, will be processed within 7–30 business days and may exclude processing charges.

Certificate & Course Completion Policy

Certificates are awarded only when the student:

Completes required classes and duration
Passes internal/external assessment
Maintains at least 75% attendance (unless medically exempt)
Clears pending payments or dues

The institute reserves the right to withhold certificates until conditions are fulfilled.

Attendance, Conduct & Discipline

To maintain a productive learning environment, every student must:

✔ Maintain regular attendance
✔ Treat teachers and peers with respect
✔ Follow lab rules & safety guidelines
✔ Avoid misuse of computers, internet or network
✔ Not engage in harassment, bullying or damaging property

Any form of misconduct, cheating, inappropriate behavior or property damage may result in suspension or permanent removal without refund.

Use of Computers, Software & Lab Equipment

Systems should be used strictly for educational purposes.
Downloading unauthorized software, games, torrents or harmful files is prohibited.
Damaging or attempting to modify institute computers may lead to penalty.
Personal devices must follow network usage rules if connected to our lab.

Students are expected to handle equipment responsibly. Loss or damage due to negligence must be compensated by the user.

Study Material, Notes & Digital Content Usage

We provide books, notes, PDFs, videos and digital learning resources.

You may:

✔ Use them for personal learning
✔ Download (if permitted) for individual use
✔ Print for study reference

You may NOT:

✘ Sell, share or distribute learning materials online/offline
✘ Upload our paid content to social media or websites
✘ Claim content ownership or resell for profit

Violation may lead to legal action as our content is protected under copyright policy.

Shop, Product & Purchase Terms

Shree Narayan Computers & Education Center also runs a Computer & Accessories Shop.

By purchasing from our shop, you agree that:

Product availability depends on stock
Prices can change without prior notice
Warranty is provided by brand manufacturers (not by institute unless stated)
Installation or configuration support may include extra cost
Refund or return is possible only for manufacturing defects (within the applicable period)

Products damaged due to mishandling, water exposure, physical impact or unauthorized repairs will not be replaced under warranty.

Digital Services, Form Filling & Documentation

Users must provide correct details while submitting forms or documents for online services.

Institute is not responsible for:

❗ Errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the user
❗ Rejection or delay by government/third-party departments
❗ Failure caused by server issues beyond our control

We may assist with corrections, but responsibility of final confirmation lies with the customer.

Website Usage & Online Access

By accessing our website, you agree to:

Our responsibility is to provide quality training and guidance — implementation and career outcome depend on individual effort.

Modification, Course Updates & Policy Changes

✔ Modify terms & conditions anytime
