Course Refund Policy

Online Courses

• Refund requests must be submitted before accessing a significant portion of the course content, unless otherwise stated.
• Once a course has been fully accessed, downloaded, or completed, refunds are generally not available, except where required by applicable law.
• Course enrollment is non-transferable.

Offline Courses

• Refund requests must be made before classes begin.
• After classes have started, refunds may not be available except in special circumstances approved by the institute.
• Admission and registration fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Digital Products

Digital products, including:

• E-books
• PDF Notes
• Software Downloads
• Study Materials
• Recorded Video Lectures
• Practice Tests
• Digital Certificates

are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided, except where required by applicable law.

Product Returns (Learning Shop)

Products purchased from our Learning Shop may be eligible for return if:

• The item is damaged during delivery.
• You received the wrong product.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

To qualify for a return:

• Submit the request within 7 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase must be included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Downloadable digital products
• Opened software or license keys
• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards or vouchers
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged if:

• A different item was delivered.

Refund Processing

Cancellation Policy

Course Cancellation

Students may request cancellation before the course starts. Approval and any applicable refund will be determined according to this policy.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be cancelled, but an eligible return can be requested after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
• We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

• Course or Product Name
• Date of Purchase
• Reason for the request
• Supporting photographs (for physical products, if applicable)
