Course Fees – Refund Policy
1.1 No Refund After Course Commencement
- No refund shall be provided once a course has commenced, irrespective of the student’s attendance, participation, or performance.
- This policy applies to offline, online, hybrid, short-term, long-term, certificate, and vocational courses offered by the Institute.
1.2 Absenteeism / Discontinuation
No refund will be granted if a student:
- Stops attending classes for any reason
- Discontinues or withdraws from the course midway
- Fails to complete the course due to personal, academic, professional, or health-related reasons
1.3 Change of Mind
- Course fees once paid are non-refundable in cases of change of mind, dissatisfaction with the course, or preference for enrolling in a different course.
1.4 Batch Transfer
- Batch transfer, if permitted, shall be solely at the discretion of the Institute, subject to availability and academic considerations.
- Approval of a batch transfer does not entitle the student to any refund or fee adjustment.
Online Courses & Digital Content
- Online courses, recorded classes, PDFs, videos, and other downloadable or digital learning materials are strictly non-refundable once access has been provided, regardless of usage or completion status.
- Any sharing, redistribution, resale, or misuse of digital content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without any refund, along with possible legal action.
Shop Products – Returns & Refunds
1.1 Physical Products (Computers, Laptops, Mobiles, Accessories)
- Returns or replacements are permitted only in cases of verified manufacturing defects, and are subject to:
- Inspection and approval by the Institute, and
- Applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty terms and conditions.
No return or refund shall be provided for:
- Physical or accidental damage occurring after delivery or purchase
- Improper use, mishandling, or unauthorized repair of the product
- Change of mind, dissatisfaction, or personal preference
1.2 Study Materials & Books
- Study materials, books, printed notes, and educational publications are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once sold or delivered, under any circumstances.
Digital & Shop Services
Services provided by Shree Narayan Computers & Education Center, including but not limited to:
- Printing, scanning, photocopying, and lamination services
- Online form filling and application assistance
- CSC and government-related digital services
are non-refundable once the service has been successfully delivered or processed, regardless of the outcome.
The Institute shall not be responsible for any rejection, error, delay, loss, or consequence arising due to:
- Incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the customer
- Incorrect or insufficient documents submitted by the customer
- Changes, updates, technical issues, or decisions made by government portals, departments, or authorities
Customers are strongly advised to verify all information and documents carefully before final submission or confirmation of services.
Payment Errors & Duplicate Payments
In the event of a duplicate, excess, or erroneous payment, users must notify the Institute promptly and provide valid transaction proof for verification.
Upon successful verification, any eligible refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original mode of payment. The Institute shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment gateways.

Any approved refunds, where applicable under this policy, will be processed within 7–14 working days, depending on factors such as:
- The mode of payment used for the transaction

Non-Refundable Situations (Summary)
Refunds shall NOT be provided under the following circumstances:
- Once a course has commenced, regardless of attendance or participation
- Non-attendance, absenteeism, or discontinuation of a course for any reason
- Change of mind, dissatisfaction, or preference for another course or service
- Digital products, online courses, recorded classes, or downloadable content
- Printing, online form filling, CSC, or other digital services once delivered
- Errors, rejections, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user or customer

Right to Modify Policy
Shree Narayan Computers & Education Center reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Refund & Returns Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any such changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on the official website or through authorized communication channels.
Continued use of the Institute’s services after such updates shall be deemed as acceptance of the revised policy.
