By availing our services or purchasing from us, you agree to follow the terms stated below.
General Policy Overview
Refund and return conditions differ for courses, shop products and digital services. We always try to resolve issues fairly and respectfully. However, refunds are processed only under certain approved conditions.
Our prime rules:
- Refund is not guaranteed, only applicable under eligible cases.
- Returns are accepted for specific products and conditions only.
- Digital services and course fees are mostly non-refundable.
- All claims must be made within the allowed time window.
Course Fees Refund Policy (Education Section)
We provide training services which require time, resources, faculty and seat allocation. Therefore, course fees are non-refundable, except in special conditions listed below.
Refunds may be considered if:
✔ Admission is cancelled within the first 7 working days
✔ Student has not attended more than 10 hours of class
✔ A written or signed request with valid reason is provided
Refunds will NOT be provided if:
✘ Student discontinues mid-course due to personal reasons
✘ Course duration is more than 25% completed
✘ Student violates discipline or misuses facilities
✘ Fees paid for study material, exam, certificate or ID card
✘ Student is absent for long duration without notice
Refunds, if approved, will take 7–30 business days to process.
Returns & Replacement Policy (Shop Section)
Products purchased from our computer accessories shop are returnable only under valid, inspectable conditions.
🔹 Eligible for return/replacement ONLY if:
✔ Product has manufacturing defect
✔ Wrong item handed by store team (not customer error)
✔ Issue reported within 2–7 working days
✔ Item is unused and in original packaging
✔ Bill/Invoice is presented at the time of claim
Once approval is confirmed, we may:
🔸 Replace the product
🔸 Repair under warranty
🔸 Offer refund (in rare valid cases)
The store holds the right to inspect and verify before approving any request.
No-Return / No-Refund Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once sold:
- Software, Licensing Keys, Antivirus
- Pen Drives & Memory Cards (after usage)
- CD/DVD Installers
- Downloadable digital content
- Refurbished or discounted products (unless defect found)
- Products damaged due to user misuse
- Custom assembled PC/components
Customers must verify specifications before buying.
Warranty & Service Claim Rules
Most products carry a manufacturer or brand warranty, not an institute warranty.
Warranty does NOT cover:
✘ Liquid damage
✘ Cracked screen / broken parts
✘ Burnt circuits / over-voltage damage
✘ Physical harm or mishandling
✘ Unauthorized repairs done externally
Warranty approval depends fully on the brand policy, not the store decision.
Refund Policy for Digital/Online Services
Services like:
- Online Form Filling
- Aadhaar/PAN/Exam/Job Applications
- Typing, Printing, Scanning
- Design/Project Work
are non-refundable because they involve time, processing and submission costs.
We are not liable for:
❗ Application rejection caused by incorrect customer data
❗ Delays from government/third-party servers
❗ Form denial/suspension by external authorities
Customer must verify the details before submission.
Product Testing Before Purchase
Customers are encouraged to check/test products in store.
Once tested and taken, later claims of pre-existing defect may not be considered.

Refund Processing Time & Method
If a refund request is approved:
- Processing time: 7–30 business days
- Refund mode: UPI / Bank Transfer / Same mode used during purchase
- Processing fee may be deducted (if applicable)
No cash refund will be issued without an official receipt/signature.
